Enjoy the beautiful scenery and wildlife that surrounds you on our exclusive adult only, 15 acre site which leads directly into the forest. The Wyre Forest has 2634 hectares which is home to a rich diversity of trees, plants and animals, with endless winding pathways and streams for you to explore and enjoy. We can arrange guided walks in the forest for you, or you can go and explore for yourselves and maybe even spot the rare white deer! The nearby forestry visitor centre at Callow Hill has lots of interesting things to do throughout the year.

 

Although we are situated right on the edge of the forest we are only an hour away from Birmingham’s NEC and NIA. The West Midland Safari Park and Bewdley’s Severn Valley Railway are right on our doorstep and we are well situated for Ludlow and Cheltenham Festivals and races. Worcester city is nearby with its horse racing and Cricket ground as well as having the Cathedral and Porcelain factory plus a great shopping centre. The historic Georgian town of Bewdley is our nearest town with its beautiful buildings, interesting museum and of course the river Severn to walk along or fish on. The list of interesting places to visit is endless!

 

If you enjoy sport there are local tennis courts available for your use included in the price of your stay. Locally there are fishing pools and excellent golf courses where you will be made most welcome.

 

After all that visiting and sport you will have your beautiful log cabin to come back to, where you can relax on your decking with a glass of wine, or why not book a massage, facial or manicure with our qualified beauticians. You may even be lucky and see some of the deer that graze on our adjacent meadows or a buzzard circling overhead looking for his next meal.

 

The kitchen in your cabin is well equipped but if you don’t feel like cooking there are   award winning local restaurants, the nearest being a short 2 minute walk down Chapel Lane. Bewdley also has an abundance of take aways and restaurants. The nearest shop and post office is just one mile away in the village of Far Forest; they stock everything you could ever need!
